Montreat College nameda 2018 military friendly school

Montreat College has been named a 2018 Military Friendly school by Victory Media.

The ratings are designed to provide service members and their families with information they need to make decisions about civilian careers and education opportunities.

Schools receive the Military Friendly designation according to how well they engage prospective military students in a recruiting environment; educate the military student once they are part of the school; and transition graduates to meaningful employment.

“Montreat College is committed to serving our nation’s service members and veterans,” said Montreat College vice president for academic affairs Greg Kerr. “As part of this commitment, Montreat College offers a number of benefits and special options for our military students. We are a Yellow Ribbon Program participating school; we offer a military tuition discount and we provide VA benefits. We are proud to be designated a 2018 Military Friendly school.”
