Exploitation of an elder adult was reported on the 200 block of Tabernacle Road.
Larceny of scarecrow was reported on the corner of Montreat Road and East State Street.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Patton Hill Road.
Assault with a deadly weapon was reported on the 2800 block of U.S. 70.
Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported on the 800 block of Sunset Drive.
An animal bite was reported on the 200 block of Pine Street.
Felony breaking and entering was reported on the 400 block of Buckeye Access Road.
A pressure washer valued at $360, a wedding ring valued at $200, an air compressor valued at $150, vintage video games valued at $150, a watch valued at $100 and a case of motor oil valued at $36 were reported stolen.
Larceny - shoplifting was reported on the 2200 block of U.S. 70. Two heaters valued at a total of $353 were reported stolen.
Liquor law violations were reported on the 200 block of Old 70.
