Incidents and arrests in the Swannanoa Valley
Black Mountain Police Department and Buncombe County Sheriff’s Department reported these incidents from July 9-15 and arrests from July 4-16:
Assault on a female was reported on the 100 block of West Top Drive.
Assault on a female was reported on the 2200 block of U.S. 70. Common law robbery was reported on the 2300 block of U.S. 70.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of South Avenue. A phone valued at $600, a hand-held video game valued at $160, a purse valued at $40 and cash totaling $50 was reported stolen.
Misdemeanor breaking or entering was reported on the first block of John Hazel Drive.
Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported on the 1900 block of U.S. 70. A 2005 Acura valued at $8,950 was reported stolen.
Sean Michael Ingle, 32, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the first block of Luckadoo Lane and charged with felony attempted breaking or entering.
Kaylun Daitwan Fullwood, 21, of Asheville, was arrested on the first block of Carver Avenue and charged with two counts of second-degree trespassing and resisting public officers.
Edward Wayne Liles, 26, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the first block of Bright Hope Road and charged with felony larceny.
Anthony Keith Pitts Jr. and Theodore Lee Buckner, both 18 and of Swannanoa, were arrested on the corner of Rhododendron Avenue and Laurel Circle Drive and charged with consumption of alcohol by a person under the age of 19.
Robert William Burnette, 52, of Asheville, was arrested on the corner of Depot Street and Sutton Avenue and charged with second-degree trespassing.
Kristi Lee Madden, 35, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 2200 block of U.S. 70 and charged with violating a protective order. Johnathan Lee Madden, 25, of Arden, was arrested on the 2200 block of U.S. 70 and charged with an assault on a female.
Robin Allicia Jackson, 30, of Fairview, was arrested on the 200 block of Tabernacle Road and charged with criminal contempt.
Margaret Bassett Harmon, 52, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 300 block of Genesis Circle and charged with simple assault.
Sandra Lea Trull, 51, of Black Mountain, was arrested at U.S. 70 and Blue Ridge Road and charged with assault on a child under the age of 12.
