This shot from the Swannanoa Valley Museum's historic photograph collection is thought to be taken during the blizzard that hit Western North Carolina on March 17, 1936. This photograph shows the Swannanoa Train Depot and the businesses along Railroad Street, including Beacon Manufacturing, in downtown Swannanoa.
