The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these recent incidents and arrests.

Incidents

Theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Sept. 20 on the first block Cotton Creek Circle. 

Theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Sept. 20 on the first block of Cotton Creek Circle. 

Possession of a stolen vehicle was reported on Sept. 20 on the 100 block of Buckey Access Road. 

Larceny by an employee was reported on Sept. 21 on the 200 block of N.C. 9. 

Larceny was reported on Sept. 21 on the 100 block of Lions Way. 

Disorderly conduct was reported on Sept. 21 on the 200 block of Old U.S. 70. 

Felony breaking or entering - no force was reported on Sept. 22 on the 100 block of Pine Hill Drive. 

Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance was reported on Sept. 23 on the 100 block of Taylor Street. 

Driving under the influence and entering an intersection while red light steady were reported on Sept. 23 on West State Street. 

Driving while impaired was reported on Sept. 23 on the 2300 block of U.S. 70. 

Larceny was reported on Sept. 23 on the 500 block of Bee Tree Road. 

Vandalism was reported on Sept. 23 on the 100 block of Mikey Drive. 

Driving with license revoked, an expired tag and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported on Sept. 24 on the 500 block of N.C. 9. 

Larceny was reported on Sept. 24 on the 100 block of North Blue Ridge Road. 

Theft from a building was reported on Sept. 24 on the 200 block of East State Street. 

Driving with license revoked was reported on Sept. 24 on the 400 block of Blue Ridge Road. 

Motor vehicle theft was reported on Sept. 25 on the 500 block of Eastside Drive. 

Counterfeiting was reported on Sept. 25 on the 500 block of N.C. 9. 

Larceny was reported on Sept. 26 on Vance Avenue. 

Larceny was reported on Sept. 26 on the 200 block of Tabernacle Road. 

Arrests 

Jasmine Niccole Robinson, 30, of Swannanoa, was arrested on Sept. 18 on Craggy Street and charged with assault with a deadly weapon on a government official, resisting a public officer, failure to stop for a stop sign, driving while license revoked - impaired, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, having a fictitious or altered tag or registration, possession of stolen goods and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Timothy Darrell Flowers, 44, of Black Mountain, was arrested on Sept. 18 at the intersection of North Blue Ridge Road and Cragmont Road and charged with possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor larceny.

Stanley Myles Tate, 41, of Old Fort, was arrested on Sept. 18 on the 400 block of South Oconeechee Avenue and charged with assault on a female.
