July 12 Swannanoa Valley crimes and arrests

The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these recent incidents and arrests.

Incidents

Larceny was reported on June 28 on the 800 block of Warren Wilson Road. 

Counterfeiting was reported on June 29 on the 100 block of Black Mountain Avenue. 

Damage to personal property was reported on June 29 on the 3200 block of North Fork Left Fork Road. 

An animal bite was reported on June 30 on the 100 block of Patton Cemetery Road. 

Impersonating an officer was reported on June 30 on the 1900 block of U.S. 70. 

Simple assault was reported on July 1 on the 100 block of Big Al Court. 

Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported on July 1 on the 100 block of Walters Road. 

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on July 1 on the 3200 block of North Fork Left Fork Road. 

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on July 2 on the 3200 block of North Fork Left Fork Road.  

Larceny from buildings was reported on July 2 on the first block of Woodcock Street. 

Felony breaking or entering was reported on July 3 on the 100 block of Southwest Lane. 

Damage to personal property was reported on the 100 block of Sylvester Way. 

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on July 3 on Jane Jacobs Road. 

Damage to personal property was reported on July 4 on the 200 block of Wilson Cove Road. 

Crime

Arrests

Meghan Leigh Phillips, 33, of Black Mountain, was arrested on June 25 on the 300 block of Genesis Circle and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Suzanne Jessica Clements, 36, of Black Mountain, was arrested on June 27 on the first block of Hosta Ridge Way and charged with simple assault.

Nolan Harris Clements, 35, of Black Mountain, was arrested on June 27 on the first block of Hosta Ridge Way and charged with assault on a female.
