Black Mountain still assessing flood damage

As of this morning, the boil water and conserve water advisories for Black Mountain residents have been lifted, but the town remain in a state of emergency until damage from flooding can be assessed, the town said in a press release.
Residents are still required to avoid flooded areas and obey road barriers.
