April 12 Swannanoa Valley crimes and arrests
The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these recent incidents and arrests.
Incidents
A felony drug offense was reported on March 30 on the 100 block of Riverwood Road.
Larceny of a camper was reported on March 30 on the 2900 block of U.S. 70.
Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, criminal damage to property, domestic violence protection order violation and trespassing were reported on March 30 on the 200 block of Davis Drive.
Larceny was reported on March 31 on the 1200 block of Bee Tree Road.
A felony drug offense was reported on March 31 on the 1900 block of U.S. 70.
Misdemeanor breaking or entering was reported on April 2 on the 100 block of Dew Drop Road.
Larceny of a firearm was reported on April 4 on the first block of Francis Drive.
Possession of cocaine was reported on April 4 on the 600 block of West State Street.
Arrests
Thomas Mark Richard Hughey, 21, of Black Mountain, was arrested on March 26 on the first block of Alpine Shadow Lane and charged with assault on a female.
Ashley Michelle Norton, 30, of Marion, was arrested on March 27 on I-40 eastbound at mile marker 64 and charged with felony breaking or entering and felony larceny.
Gilbert Keith Moore, 40, of Nebo, was arrested on March 27 on I-40 eastbound at mile marker 64 and charged with felony breaking or entering and felony larceny.
Stephanie Stevens Collins, 32, of Old Fort, was arrested on March 28 on the 600 block of West State Street and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Shane Williams, 46, of Black Mountain, was arrested on March 28 on the 600 block of West State Street and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Heather Leigh-Ann Killough, 38, of Old Fort, was arrested on March 28 on the 300 block of West State Street and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nathan Dale Kirkley, 32, of Black Mountain, was arrested on March 28 at the intersection of Cragmont Road and Tomahawk Avenue and charged with driving while impaired and having an expired registration card or tag.
Joshua Russell Ogle, 33, of Black Mountain, was arrested on March 30 on the 200 block of Davis Drive and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
