The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these incidents and arrests Nov. 30-Dec. 7.

Incidents

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Outlook Circle. 

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Campbell Street. 

Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Old Patton Cove Road. 

Fraud was reported on the 700 block of Bee Tree Road. 

Larceny was reported on the 300 block of Melody Circle. 

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 700 block of Old U.S. 70. 

Larceny was reported on the 100 block of Burgins Chapel Road. 

Credit card fraud was reported on the 400 block of Cragmont Road. 

Simple assault was reported on the 100 block of Lake Eden Road. 

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 300 block of Hiawassee Avenue. 

Fraud-wire/computer/other was reported on the 500 block of Rhododendron Avenue.

Breaking and entering and criminal damage to property was reported on Vance Avenue. 

Fraud was reported on the 200 block of Vance Avenue. 

Assault on a female was reported on the 200 block of Central Avenue. 

Forgery was reported on the 100 block of Old U.S. 70. 

Arrests

Leslie Clay King, 47, of Asheville, was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a Schedule VI controlled substance; felony possession of marijuana; possession of methamphetamine; maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. 

William Tait Moore, 27, of Black Mountain, was arrested on charges of two counts of maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance; two counts of manufacturing a Schedule VI controlled substance; felony possession of cocaine; possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a Schedule VI controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. 

Jonathan David Dixon, 35, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the charge of assault on a female.
