Oct. 19 Swannanoa Valley crime and arrest report

The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these incidents and arrests.

Incidents

Oct. 8

Felony breaking or entering of a residence was reported in the 100 block of Watch Knob Lane, Swannanoa.

Oct. 10

Larceny was reported on Wagon Trail, Black Mountain

Oct. 11

Breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering were reported on Peridot Point, Black Mountain.

Arrests

Oct. 1

Timmy Joe Millington, 39, was arrested on the 100 block of Penley Ridge Drive, Swannanoa and charged with breaking or entering.

Oct. 3

Gary Dean Parker, 39, was arrested on a charge of assault on a female, communicating threats and injury to personal property in the 100 block of Woodburn Drive, Swannanoa.
