Incidents

Sept. 29

An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Dellwood Avenue. 

Sept. 30

Felony breaking or entering - no force was reported on the 100 block of South Lane. 

An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Ponderosa Drive. 

Larceny of a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Old Jims Branch Road. 

Oct. 3

A traffic offense was reported on the 100 block of Woodburn Drive.

Oct. 4

Breaking or entering a motor vehicle was reported on the first block of West Cotton Avenue. 

Felony forcible breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of burglary tools were reported on the 3100 block of U.S. 70.

Communicating threats was reported on the first block of Peridot Point. 

Arrests

Sept. 23

William Robert Clark, 55, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 200 block of N.C. 9 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
