Stiff winds blow through Owen Park regatta

Black Mountain Yacht Club held a regatta at Charles D. Owen park Sept. 2. Winds were variable and shifting, leading to some very competitive racing and close finishes.

The top 4 finishers were David Groce (first), David Stuart (second), Mark Coffin (third) and Steve Mason (fourth).
