The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these incidents and arrests.
Larceny was reported on the 100 block of Jims Branch Road.
Damage to personal property was reported on the 1200 block of Bee Tree Road.
Larceny was reported on the 100 block of Stone Crest Mountain Drive.
Larceny was reported on the 100 block of Mountain View Road.
Fraud was reported on the 200 block of Woodland Court.
An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Peridot Point.
First-degree burglary - no force was reported on the 400 block of Rowland Road.
Burglary - forcible entry was reported on the 400 block of Blue Ridge Road.
Felony breaking or entering - no force was reported on the 500 block of Brandon Road.
Misdemeanor hit and run was reported on the 3000 block of U.S. 70.
Misdemeanor breaking or entering - with force was reported on the 600 block of Buckeye Access Road.
Larceny shoplifting and using/consuming - tax-paid liquor were reported on the 500 block of N.C. 9.
Larceny of construction equipment was reported on Portmanvilla Road.
Hit and run property damage was reported on the first block of Shumate Road.
Michael David Seminoff, 57, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 100 block of Cherry Street for being intoxicated and disruptive.
Jacqueline Elizabeth Fello, 18, of Swannanoa, was arrested at the intersection of U.S. 70 and Gorvestone Road and charged with driving after consumption of alcohol or drugs and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Daniel James Massey, 27, of Asheville, was arrested on the 500 block of N.C. 9 and charged with indecent exposure and resisting public officers.
Carl August Peterson III, 49, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 1500 block of Grovestone Road and charged with driving while impaired and driving with license revoked while impaired.
Jonathan Mitchell Roberts, 27, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 1000 block of Old U.S. 70 and charged with communicating threats.
Jason Wells Ball, 44, of Black Mountain, was arrested at the intersection of Terry Estate Drive and N.C. 9 and charged with driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with no insurance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and having a canceled, revoked or suspended tag.
Maureen Ann O'Grady, 60, of Black Mountain, was arrested on I-40 at exit 66 and charged with driving while impaired.
