Larceny was reported on the 2100 block of U.S. 70.
Possession of a weapon on school grounds was reported on the 700 block of Old U.S. 70.
An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Charlotte Street.
Possible rabies exposure was reported on the 100 block of Timber Park Drive.
Disorderly conduct was reported on the 700 block of Old U.S. 70.
Fraud was reported on the 300 block of Flat Creek Road.
Hit and run with property damage was reported on the 500 block of N.C. 9.
Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia was reported at mile marker 63.5 on I-40 westbound.
Bruce Edward Oliver, 59, of Asheville, was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.
Tony Wayne Anderson, 48, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 100 block of Cherry Street and charged with resisting public officers.
Bobbie Nicole Worley, 18, of Asheville, was arrested on the 100 block of Flat Creek Road and charged with resisting public officers.
