Communicating a threat was reported on the 100 block of Tanglewood Drive.
An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Sylvester Way.
Traffic offenses were reported on Interstate 40 eastbound.
Assault on a female was reported on the 100 block of Chestnut Hill Road.
Disorderly conduct was reported on the 700 block of Old U.S. 70.
Andre Marshall Logan, Jr., 32, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 600 block of West State Street and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alfonso Mariscal Razo, 33, of Asheville, was arrested at the intersection of N.C. 9 and Vance Avenue and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distributed a Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling, place or vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and operating a vehicle with no operator's license.
Steven Allen Ray, 53, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 3000 block of U.S. 70 and charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Dustin Tyler Crouse, 32, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 100 block of Old U.S. 70 East and charged with two counts of misdemeanor larceny.
Amber Michelle Reel, 30, of Marion, was arrested on the 100 block of Old U.S. 70 East and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor larceny.
