Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia were reported on the 100 block of Flat Creek Road.
An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Hi View Drive.
Breaking or entering with force was reported on the 100 block of Border Street.
Breaking or entering and injury to real property were reported on the 200 block of Davis Drive.
Larceny was reported on the 100 block of Fourth Street.
Possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported at the intersection of Richardson Boulevards and Sutton Avenue.
Karen Denise Lunsford, 42, of Marion, was arrested on the 500 block of N.C. 9 and charged with shoplifting.
Adam Caleb Carpenter, 21, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 3000 block of U.S. 70 and charged with larceny of a firearm.
Richard Dario Holder, Jr., 32, of Asheville, was arrested on the 3000 block of U.S. 70 and charged with misdemeanor larceny.
