Incidents

Dec. 17

Possession of stolen goods was reported on the 100 block of Getaway Drive.

Dec. 18

Trespassing was reported on the 100 block of Getaway Drive.

Simple assault was reported on the 500 block of Tomahawk Avenue.

Dec. 19

Assault with a deadly weapon was reported on the 200 block of North Avenue.

Dec. 20

Credit card fraud was reported on the 100 block of Summer Haven Road.

Larceny from buildings was reported on the 100 block of Wilrecar Drive.

Dec. 21

Credit card fraud was reported on the first block of Lake Avenue.

Arrests

Dec. 5

Michael Brandon Shepard, 39, of Asheville, was arrested on U.S. 70 and charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kaitlyn Schay Styles, 18, of Hendersonville, was arrested on the 3100 block of U.S. 70 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 6

Jeremy Creed Robinson, 40, of Asheville, was arrested on the 400 block of Kerlee Heights Road and charged with resisting public officers, failure to maintain lane control, driving with license revoked - not impaired, fleeing or eluding arrest with a motor vehicle, reckless driving to endanger and failure to stop at a stop signal.

Jerry Alvin Jones, Jr., 35, of Asheville, was arrested on the 100 block of Montreat Road and charged with being intoxicated and disruptive.

James Lawrence Shay, 34, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the first block of Lakey Gap Road and charged with driving while impaired, possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia andĀ driving with registration plate not displayed.

Dec. 14

David Alison Cody, 44, of Weaverville, was arrested at the intersection of Padgettown Road and Old U.S. 70 and charged with driving with license revoked - not impaired.
