Incidents

Nov. 17

Possible exposure to rabies was reported on the 100 block of Knox Road.

An animal bite was reported on the 100 block of Bright Hope Road.

Breaking or entering - with force - was reported on the 100 block of Hourglass Way.

Larceny was reported on the 100 block of Spankey Road.

Nov. 18

An animal bite was reported on the 1100 block of Old U.S. 70.

Felony drug offense was reported on the 300 block of Buckeye Cove Road.

Nov. 19

Damage to real property was reported on the 300 block of Patton Cove Road.

Nov. 21

Traffic offense was reported on the 100 block of Buckeye Cove Road.

Nov. 22

Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported on the 200 block of Davis Drive.

Larceny was reported on the 700 block of Warren Wilson Road.

Nov. 24

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 300 block of Lake Eden Road.

Breaking and entering with force was reported on the 100 block of McQueen Parkway.

Arrests

Nov. 13

Brittney Nicole Poore, 28, of Asheville, was arrested on the 500 block of Biltmore Avenue and charged with injury to real property, injury to personal property, first-degree burglary and assault with a deadly weapon.

Nov. 16

Ziporah Tatianna Holloway, 22, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 100 block of Tabernacle Road and charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia and driving with license revoked - not impaired.

Margaret Ann Huggins, 47, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 200 block of N.C. 9 and charged with driving with license revoked - not impaired.

Nov. 17

Joseph Kimper Galloway, 28, of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, was arrested at the intersection of Teresa Way and Montreat Road and charged with driving while impaired, exceeding the posted speed limit, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance.
