Incidents

Oct. 27

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 2400 block of U.S. 70.

Oct. 28

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.

Oct. 29

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Eagle Crest Drive.

Computer fraud was reported on the 400 block of Reger Avenue.

Damage to personal property was reported on the first block of Cement Drive.

Oct. 30

Damage to real property was reported on the 100 block of Southwest Lane.

Simple physical assault was reported on the first block of Luckadoo Lane.

Injury to real property was reported on I-40 westbound at mile marker 59.

Oct. 31

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Flat Creek Road.

Nov. 1

Possession of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance and drug violations were reported on the 100 block of Old U.S. 70.

Nov. 2

Possession of a weapon on school grounds was reported on the 100 block of Lake Eden Road.

Embezzlement by an employee was reported at a business on the 200 block of N.C. 9.

Nov. 3

Larceny was reported on the first block of Woodcock Street.

Arrests

Oct. 24

James Patrick Warren, 56, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 400 block of Tomahawk Avenue and charged with second-degree trespassing.

Noah Vincent Bosen Urbanik, 19, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 200 block of West College Street and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distributed a Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance.

Oct. 25

Sarah Marie Dougherty, 23, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 2900 block of U.S. 70 West and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Michael Dean Ogle, 25, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 2900 block of U.S. 70 West and charged with possession of methamphetamine and providing fictitious information to an officer.

Oct. 28

Jeremy Dean King, 33, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 100 block of Carver Avenue and charged with injury to real property.

Carrie Marie Kind, 32, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 100 block of Carver Avenue and charged with injury to real property.
