The Black Mountain Police Department and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department reported these incidents and arrests.

Incidents 

June 2

An animal bite was reported on the 300 block of Reger Avenue.

June 3

Counterfeiting was reported at a business on the 100 block of Flat Creek Road.

Larceny was reported on the 3000 block of U.S. 70.

June 4

Possible rabies exposure was reported on the 200 block of Yates Avenue.

Possible rabies exposure was reported on the 100 block of Seldom Home Drive.

Larceny from buildings was reported on the 100 block of Terry Estates Drive.

June 6

Larceny was reported on the 2300 block of U.S. 70.

Fraud was reported on the 100 block of Ponderosa Drive.

June 7

Damage to real property was reported on the 200 block of Bee Tree Road.

June 8

Breaking and entering was reported on the 100 block of East Street.

Arrests

May 28

Donald Michael Usevich, 43, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the 200 block of N.C. 9 and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

May 29 

Michael John Muirhead, 36, of Wake Forest, was arrested at a business on Flat Creek Road and charged with resisting public officers.

May 31

Chad Shawn Case, 29, of Black Mountain, was arrested on the first block of Vance Avenue and charged with assault on a female.

June 1

Allan Sinclair McIntosh, 46, of Black Mountain, was arrested on I-40 at mile marker 64 and charged with driving while impaired.

June 3

William Luther Downs, Jr., 24, of Asheville, was arrested on the 2800 block of U.S. 70 and charged with financial card theft and financial card fraud.

June 4

Robert George Pfalzgraf, 63, of Candler, was arrested on the 2200 block of U.S. 70 and charged with driving while impaired.

June 8

Glen Wesley Davis, 46, of Swannanoa, was arrested on the 200 block of U.S. 70 and charged with communicating threats and resisting public officers.
