BM Arts Center performers invite you to a dance

The Black Mountain Center for the Arts invites the public to its Spring Dance Showcase at 11 a.m. May 30 at the Owen Middle School Auditorium.

The event will showcase the talents of more than 50 dancers ages 3-20.

A $5 per person donation at the door is requested.

Each ballet and contemporary class will perform, as will the BMCA Dance Troupe.

The dance program is at the heart of the movement arts curriculum at the arts center. Ballet classes are taught by Casey Littlejohn, and contemporary dance by Amy Maze.

Maze will lead dance-focused half-day summer camps July 13-17, July 20-24 and Aug. 3-7, for children 3-10. For more, call 669-9030 or visit BlackMountainArts.org.
