Daryl Thomas Johnson, 18, of Asheville, was arrested on two charges of communicating threats.
David Scott Blankenship, 42, of Black Mountain, was arrested and charged with assault on a female.
Sarah Marie Dougherty, 24, of Swannanoa, was arrested on charges of possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting public officers.
Nathan Samuel Melin, 32, of Black Mountain, was arrested on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
