Incidents

Feb. 24

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on the 100 block of Jordan Road.

Feb. 26

Assault on a female was reported on the 100 block of Dalya Road.

Feb. 27

Larceny from a building was reported on the 100 block of Monk Court.

Damage to personal property was reported on the 100 block of Pleasant Drive.

March 2

Possession of methamphetamine and drug violations were reported at the intersection of Peak Road and Flat Creek Road.

Arrests

Feb. 18

Matthew Thomas Campbell, 28, of Leicester, was arrested on the 100 block of Flat Creek Road and charged with possession with intent to sell or distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

John Brayton Pollock II, 28, of Asheville, was arrested on the 100 block of Flat Creek Road and charged with possession with intent to sell or distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Feb. 19

Courita Antoinette Pulley, 37, of Asheville, was arrested on the 2700 block of U.S. 70 and charged with driving with license revoked - not impaired.

Joseph Stephens Kavah, 23, of Morganton, was arrested and charged with three counts of trafficking in LSD and two counts of selling or delivering Schedule I and Schedule II controlled substances.

Feb. 22

James Ray Morgan, 43, of Old Fort, was arrested at the intersection of Sutton Avenue and Richardson Boulevard and charged with driving with license revoked - not impaired, operating a vehicle with no insurance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammie Meichelle Vess, 41, of Old Fort, was arrested on the 100 block of Sutton Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Karen Rebecca Wells, 59, of Marion, was arrested at the intersection of Sutton Avenue and Richardson Boulevard and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of cocaine.

Feb. 23

Sherry Elizabeth Smith, 39, of Swannanoa, was arrested at the intersection of East College Street and Ashe Street and charged with two counts of simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts of simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
